Waterfalls Estate Agents offer excellent customer service but unfortunately their website was letting their customers down with confusing navigation and a search engine that made finding the houses all too tricky.

We designed a new look for the site, created clearer, more intuitive navigation and placed the home search on every page. The site now features larger images, slideshows, maps, floor plans and Waterfalls TV. It works too. Over 80% of visitors choose to search for a home on the site.

The site has won awards, appears at the top of Google and has 5000 visitors a month.

Ok, so we admit it. One of our clients is an estate agent.
But honestly, they're not all bad. Waterfalls don't have silly sticker-covered minis and they don't wear shiny suits.

Through all the recent market turbulence they've embraced the value that good design and marketing brings. While their competitors have battened down the hatches and slowly disappeared from view, Waterfalls have continued to actively promote their business in face of market adversity and have deservedly emerged as the victors.
