Re-branding IPOP was tough process. It is a long standing part of the Barnet community and run with much voluntary help so opinions of how the organisation was perceived and how this should change were passionate and varied. The re-branding process took several months and staff, management and customers were consulted at key stages. The process as a whole helped unite the team and achieve a sense of ownership and allegiance to the brand. The website was an area which was in dire need of a revamp and had to be as accessible as possible as the organisation provides support to disabled children and their families. The site's content is entirely created within the organisation and our ongoing role is to provide support in various forms.
