The Alchemy Design Award site, runs through a Flash® interface, but pulls in all the relevant data from locally hosted Excel, jpeg and text documents.

This allows the site text – and images – to be easily edited by the client, without the need for a Flash developer each time they update a calendar event. Perfect for smaller companies and sole trader operations.

The quality of design and product photography is simply stunning. Images fade in and give the user a real sense of quality and considered design. The Design Events section is simple to update from a Microsoft Excel® sheet. This includes the event description and any relevant URL. The contact form is then populated with the correct information and sent to the organiser.
