Following a corporate restructure, Sharp UK's main focus was on staff morale and retention. The web content was the focal point for them to see how well the teams were doing. Emphasising the importance of the individual in the overall 'Sharp Team', both morale and staff retention were dramatically enhanced.
The Internal Staff Incentive Programme was launched in April 07, and was initially planned to run for six months, it actually ran for two years, across four different themes from Sporting events, to music genres.
