OSS has many employees on the road and keeping them informed of sales offers and providing them with material is key, as they are often the main point of contact with the company. OSS' internal newsletter, named Insider is distributed to every employee working on and off site. Keeping teams up to date with issues that effect them directly and indirectly. Branding is about sending a consistent message through all the different channels and delivery drivers' attitudes and knowledge of their organisation is as important as those of your receptionists and sales people. Internal newsletters keep employees learning.

South was responsible for the design, production and delivery of Insider from basic text documents. Photography and illustrations were sourced and commissioned to complement the provided content. The publications were often used as a channel to distribute other items company wide. Year on year the annual employee survey always showed extremely positive results in communication; essential for schemes such as IIP (Investors In People).
