OSS's market place is one that requires swift responses to Environment Agency regulations and as a result the product range is often changing. For this reason South took an 'information sheet' approach rather than that of a sales brochure. This result is a flexible system where individual sheets can be updated or replaced with minimal budget. This sales pack is supported by other direct sales material highlighting new products or special offers. Also produced are occasional news flashes telling clients about changes in the law that effect them and how to comply. All of the materials drive customers towards the website where responses can be closely tracked.

South is responsible for the design, production and delivery of these products from basic text documents to various sized audiences. Photography, 3D modelling and often illustration are sourced and commissioned to complement the provided content. Samples of these products are available upon request.
